Axxeltech offer a 14-day warranty of any services

Axxeltech  does not offer warranty on the following categories:

• Failure of Data Backup services after 14 days

• Software and data loss or damages caused by customer within  14 days warranty

• Later upgrades or add-on components and defects caused by such components

• Non hardware issues such as virus/spyware infections, accidental file deletion.

• Misuse, physical damages or had been repaired by an unauthorized third party

• Incompatibility issues after installing new hardware or software recommended by customer

• If a product is found to be defective over 14 days of purchase date and within the manufacturer warranty period, customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly for any services request.

• If a owner's device or devices is not picked after more 3 attempts of contact to the owner without any response by the owner within 2 months. Axxeltech will repurpose your device.

All prices shown on Axxeltech are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
