How to Setup Remote Support

Click if your using a Mac

 1 First click “start remote session” button

Note: Contact us at 647-905-8269 so that we can provide you with the code

2 Enter the code given by the agent  and press the arrow

3 Select the connectwise exe and run the program

4 You will then see the notification showing that you have successfully joined the session
