How to Setup Remote Support (MAC)

 1 First click “start remote session” button

Note: Contact us at 647-905-8269 so that we can provide you with the code

2 Enter the code given by the agent  and press the arrow

3 Select the connectwise exe and run the program from download folder

4 Select Open  on the pop up box

5 Select Open system preferences to give connectwise access

6 Unlock the padlock  and the check the box for the connectwise to grant access.

7  Once the changes are made

we will now be able to access your computer.
